Rolene Pryor is an Associate Partner with Barrington Consulting. Focused on service, she applies her years of experience in strategy, planning, facilitation, and research to help her clients create exciting visions for the future.
Rolene began her management consulting career in 2012 after a career in higher education, specifically focused on institutional research and planning. As the Barrington Higher Education lead, Rolene loves helping university and college clients thrive.
Rolene developed the Beyond Baseline method to help clients create bold and inspiring, forward-looking strategies and then put them into practice. She believes the best strategies are the ones that are co-created, grounded yet aspirational, compelling, and actionable.
With a BSc (Honours) degree in psychology, and a master’s degree in applied social psychology, both from Memorial University, Rolene uses her skills in her work with clients throughout Canada and internationally, including those in higher education, public sector / government, not-for-profit, private sector, energy, and insurance.
She is also a Certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator and a Certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator Trainer.
