Nadia Dajani joined Barrington after graduating from Dalhousie University’s Industrial Engineering program in 2010. During her time, Nadia has been able to utilize her skillsets to carry through her passion of positively impacting the lives of citizens and businesses. She has worked with governments in Jordan, Trinidad & Tobago, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Nadia’s recent focus has been working with governments on their digital transformation initiatives from both strategy and implementation perspectives.
In addition to her operational roles, Nadia is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of students through universities’ Cooperative Education Programs. She also manages Barrington’s marketing, social media, and branding efforts – not to mention the blue door on Barrington’s building. Nadia plays a key role in the growth and development of the firm’s junior resources and is a mentor to a number of practitioners. Having started at the firm as a new graduate herself, she understands the importance of hiring and growing young practitioners and the value they bring.
Nadia is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), certified in Prosci Change Management methodologies, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has her Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
