Andrew Creaser founded Barrington Consulting in 2004 with a vision to create a firm focused on Atlantic Canada, committed to clients, and supportive of practitioners’ pursuits. As the managing partner, he is excited about the continued growth of the firm beyond its original markets, the exceptional people within the organization, and the strong talent that it continues to attract.
With over 30 years of experience in the consulting industry focused on business consulting, project management and IT, Andrew now dedicates his time to evolving Barrington’s services to best meet the changing needs of our valued clients. In evolving these services, he encourages and supports Barrington practitioners in their entrepreneurial pursuits ensuring that the organization is always playing to it strengths.
As a practitioner, Andrew specializes in business advisory and strategy, structuring transformation for success, and leading clients through the entire change life cycle from developing roadmaps through to implementation. His focus has been primarily in the public sector domain where he has led transformational projects in land reform, vital statistics, and motor vehicle registries. A graduate of Dalhousie University, Andrew is recognized for placing emphasis on implementing practical solutions and for advising clients about their change strategies, streamlining, modernization and transformation initiatives.
