With a strong background in consulting, finance, and advisory, she plays a key role in optimizing internal processes, supporting client success, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Prior to joining Barrington, Treena held leadership and advisory roles at Doane Grant Thornton, IWK Foundation, and BDC where she led projects in professional services, technology, manufacturing, and financial industries. Her experience spans both consulting and management environments, allowing her to bring a well-rounded perspective to operational leadership with a deep understanding of cross-business dynamics.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Acadia University and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). She is also a Certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator and a Certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator Trainer.
