Nadia has been with Barrington since 2010, starting as a new graduate and growing into a leadership role within the firm. Over her career, she has supported governments and organizations across multiple jurisdictions, including Jordan, Trinidad & Tobago, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Her recent work has focused on guiding governments through digital transformation initiatives from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation. With a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and change management, she helps clients streamline operations, adopt new technologies, and build organizational capacity for sustained success.
In addition to her client work, Nadia manages Barrington’s marketing portfolio and leads the firm’s Operations Performance practice. Having built her own career at Barrington, she is deeply committed to developing young talent and fostering the next generation of consulting leaders.
Nadia is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Based in Halifax and St. John’s, Nadia works closely with clients across Atlantic Canada, helping them align people, processes, and technology to achieve their strategic goals.
