Jizelle Makhoul is an Associate Partner with Barrington Consulting and leads the firm’s Architectural and Engineering Design Project Management practice.
She brings deep expertise in managing large, multi-stakeholder initiatives across both public and private sectors, with a particular focus on pre-construction design management. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including construction, healthcare, government, and post-secondary education. Jizelle is known for her strength in planning, analysis, design coordination, estimating, and overall project delivery. She has led projects through all phases of execution, supporting clients with business analysis, organizational change, and strategic transformation.
Jizelle holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University and is both a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Her strong technical and management background is complemented by her ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, think critically, and adapt quickly to new environments.
