Julie specializes in delivering projects in collaboration with both client teams and end users. She has extensive experience in digital design and development, strategy and advisory services, multi-cultural facilitation, IT service management, and business continuity.
Throughout her career, Julie has demonstrated a curiosity for innovation by listening to new ideas and gathering feedback. This iterative approach has helped her foster a robust set of tools and experiences she leverages to provide her clients with pragmatic and tangible recommendations, resulting in meaningful deliverables and ensuring teams arrive at the goal together.
Julie holds an honours degree in environmental science from the University of Waterloo and she has a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Dalhousie University. She is committed to lifelong learning as a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Business Continuity Professional, and has certifications in COBIT2019, ITIL Foundations V2 through V4, and First Nations OCAP principles.
