
Danielle Comeau is a professional engineer with over a decade of experience leading complex transformation initiatives working with government organizations, private sector companies, not-for-profits (NFPs), and startups in Canada and internationally. Since joining Barrington Consulting in 2014, following her graduation from Dalhousie University’s Industrial Engineering program, Danielle has specialized in the delivery of large-scale Information Technology transformations, business planning and process optimization, organizational change management, and strategic planning projects.
Danielle has worked extensively with multi-funded startups, helping them operationalize, scale, and achieve their strategic objectives. She brings a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to supporting founders and leadership teams as they navigate the challenges of growth and change.
Her work spans multiple industries, with a strong focus on sustainability, utilities, and energy sectors. Danielle is recognized for her ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups and deliver innovative, results-driven solutions.
Danielle is a leader in business development, marketing and client relationship management at Barrington, helping to shape strategic partnerships and guide organizational growth. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Prosci-certified Change Management practitioner. Fully bilingual in English and French, Danielle also operates two businesses in addition to her leadership role at Barrington.
