Andrew Goodwin is the partner who leads Barrington’s international operations. Andrew has more than 25 years of consulting and public sector management experience, including senior management level positions within the Government of Nova Scotia. Through his many years within government, Andrew has developed a comprehensive understanding of the unique responsibilities, challenges and opportunities inherent within the public sector environment. He has significant experience with the design and delivery of modern, client-centric government programs and services and has managed many large projects and public sector programs involving millions of individual government interactions each year. Andrew is a thought leader in public sector program modernization and service delivery and operational model design, and has been called upon to share his expertise at conference and other public speaking events. Supporting his program modernization work Andrew brings significant experience and expertise with business model and strategy development, business capability modelling, process optimization, organizational design, and stakeholder engagement. Andrew holds both a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) and a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) from Dalhousie University.
